These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of commercial cleaning services (“Services”) by Paragon Cleaning Group (“Contractor,” “we,” or “us”) to you (“Client” or “you”).

1. Scope of Services

Paragon Cleaning Group provides commercial cleaning and janitorial services for offices, facilities, medical establishments, and other commercial properties throughout Massachusetts.

Our services may include daily, weekly, or scheduled cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance as outlined in the client agreement or proposal.

2. Client Engagement

All service engagements require a signed agreement before work is scheduled.

A non-refundable deposit or initial payment may be required upon signing to secure your service schedule.

We follow a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for proposals, approvals, and service scope confirmation to ensure clarity and consistency in every engagement.

3. Promotional Offers

Paragon Cleaning Group may periodically provide promotional rates or trial services.

If a promotional cleaning service is offered:

The offer is valid only once per location or client.

Any complimentary or discounted services are contingent on the client proceeding with a full service agreement.

Promotional terms are subject to change or cancellation at any time.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms and schedules will be specified in the client’s service agreement.

Late or non-payment will result in service suspension until the balance is resolved.

Outstanding invoices beyond agreed terms may incur late fees.

In the event of continued non-payment, Paragon Cleaning Group reserves the right to pursue collection actions under Massachusetts law.

5. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are dissatisfied with any service, notify us within 24 hours and we will promptly address the issue at no additional cost.

Material or supply-related issues are subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable.

6. Limitations of Liability

Paragon Cleaning Group is not liable for:

Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Delays caused by building access restrictions, client scheduling conflicts, or external factors beyond our control.

Damages resulting from the use of client-supplied cleaning products or instructions outside our standard procedures.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be addressed through mediation.

If mediation fails, both parties may seek resolution under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

8. Licensing and Insurance

Paragon Cleaning Group is properly insured and maintains general liability and workers’ compensation coverage for all team members and subcontractors.

9. Termination or Cancellation

Clients may cancel scheduled services by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the next cleaning date.

Cancellations made within less than 7 days may result in a partial charge for scheduling and labor allocation.

Paragon Cleaning Group reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or repeated scheduling violations.

10. Subcontractors

We may use vetted subcontractors to fulfill certain cleaning services. All subcontractors are required to meet the same standards and comply with Paragon Cleaning Group’s policies.

Any personal data collected (name, email, phone number, address) is used strictly for communication, scheduling, and service-related purposes, and is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

Paragon Cleaning Group reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
